The NAC Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of our 2026 Research Grant Call!
This year, we are awarding a combined €1,484,577 in new ACC research, following our 2025 round of almost €2.75 million. This reflects our sustained commitment to advancing ACC research.
For many patients, treatment options are limited, and immunotherapy, which has transformed outcomes in other cancers, has so far had little effect in ACC. All three funded teams are investigating why ACC tumours manage to evade the immune system, and how we can break through that defence.

The projects were evaluated on three key criteria: excellence, impact, and quality and efficiency of implementation. Each selected project represents innovative research aimed at advancing our understanding of ACC biology or at developing new diagnostics and therapies.
